right hamstring was weird during the wu, it felt super tight, but was ok during the run
one 45 sec mistake before the road crossing where I took my gel and didn’t focus on the map but other wise clean and confident run. Could push all the way from the beginning and quite happy about it.
Start to like the long distances as well:))
