Frustrating. Was just stuck in one gear and couldn’t get in my range at all. Legs felt leaden too, but the main problem was that it was just hard to breathe and mentally brutal. Not what I wanted. Luckily pulled something out for the 400s, which would’ve been over barriers but they were icy from the overnight temperature drop. Not the way I wanna go into championship week.
