British relays W18 Leg 3 - 1st
Legs dead but nailed every control but No6 due to only half plan and not really using my head just ran straight off the path, ran around in circles a bit then relocated - time loss:
Then summersaulted down the run in so overall pretty successful

British long - Mulgrave woods - 4th W18
Left hamstring painful before i set off but didn't cause me much problem, left calf was less happy
No5- first time you really had to think about distance and i didn't so faffed around in brambles about 100m too early - time loss: 2.17
Combination of daisy catching me by number 3 and mistake at number 5 really demotivated me
For some reason me thinking that immy had caught me up 22 mins re-motivated me for the long leg, from there it was much better
