Hanhimäki orienteering. 27 degrees out today, but I was able to survive in the shade. A couple navigation mistakes, but everything was fairly smooth otherwise. Took a nasty fall on the way to 2 and hyperextended my elbow. It feels like orienteering is trying to kill me this week

A bee/wasp/something got blown in my face during the warm up and stung me on the lip. It was still mildly throbbing and swelling up as I ran the course. Good distraction training I guess?
Did the course in z3/4 cause there's a bit more fatigue in my legs than I'd like, and it's probably time to start tapering anyway. A few small errors, but much better than earlier in the week
