Note

Again, nothing really to log, but LOTS of lifting weight and climbing up and down stairs as we moved Rachel out of her apartment in Chestnut Hill and into her new place in Somerville, MA.

Note

Nothing to log since I forgot my watch, but some great exercise for at least 1-1/2 hours at a Ropes/Zip-Line adventure. Lots of upper body, and I wished I had spent more time at the gym lifting weights.
