Out and back variation of yesterday’s run, which meant up and over the hill twice
Spent some time in the control tower at Rockhampton airport yesterday and was surprised by how inattentive or slow some of the aircrew were. The controllers had to repeat instructions multiple times before they got it. No wonder the controllers get a bit stressed

Was going to be an out and back to the Westgate, but got swooped by a magpie on the outward leg, so took a different route back. The attack was enough to raise a couple of bumps and draw blood. Strangely the runner who came through about a minute later didn’t get attacked. Not sure if the magpie just picked on old slow blokes.
