Ophir goldmining terrain. Wet underfoot after rain so not too confident with knee brace especially on rocky ground in mining areas. Big time loss on 2, stopping well short of flag, then basic error on 7 (saw flag, didn't check it) otherwise ok but slow.

Roseberg SF. Spur/gully with scattered rock. First forest run with knee brace and pretty happy with how it went. Able to keep a steady pace. Errors on 4 and 5 but otherwise nav good.
