met up with Lukas and Lizzie for some hills. Lizzie had a singletrack in mind which was quite rough, it was good training and I was feeling it. just 4 efforts though. Got sunburnt for the first time ever in October I think.

awesome long run with the three amigos! from the creek at Tidbinbilla to the top of Camel's hump. A big long steady climb, then a scramble to the top. great views, then a steady run back with some detours. I got 760m climb!

caps of a modest week, but some climb (something I want to do plenty of). wondering what a good goal of climb in one week is.
