Swiss long champs.
clearly been burning the candle on at least two ends recently. was in London for a conference all week, only had about 5 hours sleep Thursday night and about 6 Friday night (which were the only 6 hours I was at home between London and saturdays race), had too many beers over the last 3 weeks, only eaten train station food for about 24 hours, and my back and hamstrings were bad. So I wasn't surprised to have to pull the pin on this race. dissapointed though, it's a long time since I've pulled out of a race due to fatigue, and it was a really high quality area. So a rather expensive weekend for not much gain.
Home for another 6 days in which hopefully can recover a bit more.

national swiss race. was extremely tired and then late for my start haha. had a shocker. ok area. spectacular views.
