Just keeping the legs rolling. Felt pretty easy. Achilles had loosened up a bit since Monday.

After a much more complete and long taper than originally planned (work trip ended 10pm Saturday, and the Sunday run I had planned coincided with 75mm of rain over about 4hrs) I finally got out for a super chilled jog with the RRR crew, chewing the fat with Blase about the upcoming frivolity. Managed to keep my HR about where I think it needs to be on Saturday.
