90 minute long run. Didn’t intend to run faster than usual - was just concentrating on trying to add a bit of heel lift, because that seems to increase my cadence and maybe help with some of the niggles I habitually get.
HR would suggest I was working harder than normal, but it felt pretty good.

Another easy hour. Legs felt surprisingly good after last night’s exertions, apart from some upper hammy/lower back nerve pain - probably as much to do with fence painting as bike riding.
