Note

I heard today that there's a chance (only a chance at the moment) that the USA is going to been laptops from flights originating from Europe.

Which (a) would be a royal pain and (b) would result in my buying a second laptop and just keeping one in each country. Thank goodness for cloud synchronization.

Back and forth on the bridge over the Caltrain tracks. I've come to like this ride - it's an easy way to get out the door and do something fun in the morning, without taking a great deal of time out of my day.

Also, cycling in cleats means that I can emphasize pulling the pedals up, rather than pushing down on them, and that seems to be particularly friendly towards my knees.
