Squat snatch work @ 135 & muscle up work
EAsy one.

A nightmare of front squats @185 and double unders/burpees that lasted about 15 mins
70 OH squats with 5 C2B pull ups every minute. Took 15 mins
4-3-2-1 rope climbs with 200m row after each set.
Big day.
