I made more adjustments with the new noseless saddle - it is working out so well, both aero position and upright. If it translates to outdoor riding without too much loss of bike control (which seems to be biggest concerns out there), this will really be amazing.

I ran on treadmill first thing this morning - had the out-of-body dizzy feeling I sometimes get. O2 sat 97%, so can't be asthma.
I stopped and took asthma medication, in any case.

Was in a bummed out mood. Got on bike to just do some easy bit of time before I had to pick boys up from school. Ended up doing the London loop in ZWIFT and wanted to at least beat my first time from a couple days ago. Avg'd 156 watts, which isn't spectacular, but for me, at least more than just an easy mindless spin.
