Stromlo HS "Sprint". The course was too long and had too many tricks and traps. Fell for just one, losing 2:30 but nearly pulled the pin at that point. One error meant a pretty good result considering - 17th of 94. Running very slowly and tentatively, trying to keep hips forward and straight.
GPS didn't start until well into the course.
