Hard run around Bibra Lake. Planned to run around at 4:00/km, but struggled with that pace in the first km after not doing any warm up. Then when I got warmed up I got a bit too carried away, and did the run at close to all out pace.

Lunchtime run. 2 km warm up followed by 12 times 1 minute on, 1 minute off. First half mostly with the wind and the second half into it. Tried a 13th, but my body had enough, so I just jogged home.

Short course with R at Thornlie-Crestwood. Had to choose nine out of a possible ten controls, basically. R decided he didn't want to get #21, even though it was only 30 m away, because he wanted to get #29 instead, so that's what we did. He was running quite well for most of it, but he didn't want to read the map while running, so we stopped quite a bit too.
