Note

Legs a bit better but still a bit trashed and knackered from being up with Sophie in the night, so shot a few baskets that was it. Starting to think the combination of lunges and farmers walk with 70kg on Monday was what killed the legs.....if that's the case farmers walk is probably the most underrated exercise there is
