Get ribbons in at Dry Creek/Manor Park. 2hrs gross but time talking and untying knots added the rest. Garmin says 280m climb which I cannot believe. Max elevation hardly above 100. Knee still feels strange.

O-Max Titahi Bay. Nice return to old-style loops and mass starts, but the grass was too long to allow cross-country running. Beat William Power by better route to the last control before the final pivot, he was in front until then.
