Two bridges, easy. Had been raining, dry until 6k, then hail at 7k. Splits 8:38, 6:57, 7:14, 7:10, 7:10, 7:13, 9:16, 7:10 (0.92k) Cf last one early Sep half min per km slower except sl faster up T Road - even after allowing for smaller delay at traffic lights. Maybe the wet/cold was spurring me on. Cadence very steady 155 for most (av 156).

Home block. Felt sluggish but wanted to get run out of the way. Watch was sluggish too and said low battery before 1km so I stopped tracking. Time is an estimate. I'm sure I charged it after Saturday's run, wonder if the battery is sick.

Home block. Fine and warm (17deg). Intended easy (not as hard as yesterday) as feeling a little stiff. Also up late getting map ready for printing. Effort low 3's altho praps pushed a bit twds the end. Pretty good time. Splits 7:44, 5:46, 7:48, 6:29. So where did 30sec per km come from???
