First interval session in aggeesss did it on a 1km patch of road, one slightly down, one slightly up.

Have done this session before ages ago so will have a look and compare. Also going to do a 3km TT again some time this week, so hopefully this will give the legs some speed.

Orienteering at CCJ

Really nice area in the beginning which was loads of fun. Pretty clean all the way round. A couple of wavy lines.
Didn't warm up properly which is always silly, need to get better at this.
