Boscombe 10km

Not feeling very amped for this one. Have eaten so much rubbish fast food and cake and sweets. Feels like I've put on 2kg in the last week. Training wise not great either. But will get to the 30km mark with a jog later.

Took me like 5 km to warm up properly. And then could kind of go for a more tempo pace at 4:30.
