| Went up with the normal crew but did my own run with Skyler so that I could take it easy. It was a perfect night for running with light snow falling. Felt OK out there but still a little peg leggish and tight. | ||

| Took it easy this weekend as the hammies still hurt when I walk. Was getting twitchy though so I went for a nice hike in the gats yesterday with Emily and today on my own. Skyler was pretty happy with the pace since it allowed her lots of sniffing and exploring time. We're getting some light snow right now which is picking up my spirits. Can't wait for the ski season to start. | ||
