Club training at wanderers. 6 internals of increasing difficulty focusing on compass work, in the dark

Boksburg. Forgot that we weren't in a school anymore so forgot to tie my laces. they came undone en route #6 and I eventually had to stop after 8 to tie them again. then got disorientated and lost over 2 min and my position to Christie. Suboptimal routes to 4 trying to avoid the long tiring grass (15 sec) , and 8 , where I thought id be able to run below the knolls(10 sec). Rest was ok and even had some fastest splits on the pure running legs
