Race Wednesday. Lost some of my biking legs in Sweden so had to drop already by LaSalle. The effort was still there though.

Running 53:00 intensity: (11:00 @2) + (42:00 @4) 12.0 km (4:25 / km)

One of those days you regret you didn't do your workout first thing in the morning...Hot and humid tempoish run and it was too hot, but decided to do fight it through - 2k warm up to wood bridge then 10k. 2125 on first 5k (wood bridge, 403 bridge and back to scenic) and then 2010 (scenic to first stop sign and then back and then home via Dundurn and South St)

Traditional SMT with Trav and DD out to Farmer's field. Need to make sure I do a few these between now and Amsterdam.

Thought roads looked slippery this morning so went for a run instead up to 403 bridge and back. Super heavy legs to begin with but gravity was luckily on my side heading back.

Wastrels Thursday classic. Gentle-ish pace up Wilson but fast from Shaver and home. Fun to be riding again and it doesn't look like I lost too much biking power.
