X league at Pier 7. Went for the full 500 and managed to clear it with a few minutes to spare. Nice to run again but it was hard to get the legs reaching any significant turn over.

Tried the golf course but it wasn't great but the rail trail actually provided the best skiing in Hamilton so far this winter. Went up to Scenic and back and then some interval style back and forth between Dundurn and p-lot. Few people out on the trails but a handful of DGLers were spotted!
