With RB. Slow the first 6km and slightly faster 2nd loop. Still tired - got high hr sometime towards the end

Laukinis trail- pretty but tough-expected to be it easier. More like long run than a race, but still it was tough the last 5km - felt slow and couldnt speed up even though it was the best running conditions. First 10ks were more like xtrasa than normal trail - didnt like the mud on slopes as i was pussy and maybe shoes didnt give me much confidence, but as went slow didnt stressed so much. Fenix 5 was funny on the run again - weird count of kms and hr - low (140-150 in hills) at the start and high (170) in the end.

From Impuls to 3 crosses once. After good night sleep running seems ok again. Stretchin+sc + sauna after. Tested fenix 5. Weird data shown duning the run, but on training summary it looks ok.

Physically‚Äč and mentally‚Äč needed rest from running. Really bad sleep influenced that a lot too

With andriusj. Start was easy, but 20min into the run faded out - legs were easy, but hr was rising + got some really high moments. So andrius tried to keep pace over 5.30 that i dont need another stop. Probably need more rest from running

4x700m with 3' rec wtih girls + some strides before-after. Felt pretty well on the first one, but then started to struggle and on the last two it was painful - gave up on the last one basically. Calves are still tight, but main problem was lungs/heart - was hitting proper intervals zone, but at least recovery was smooth till 130.
