With kysulis. Tried not to get her cold and move with effort. Shins sensitive in the beginning, right foot a bit sore later. Felt like i was hurting people eyes who were seeing me skiing.

First time in a very long while over 2h. Right foot was a bit number after 30min, but then got better. Lots of snow, 'snaiges zygis' tracks were damn slippery, nearly killed me in the end that km or so. Got hi5 gel after 1.20. served well for the next 30min or so. Last 20min was kind of struggle. Checked sprint control sites, but later in the evening found out it was canelled :(

Sausio 13 bėgimas. Belly was still playing up, so was not very confident about racing today. Felt sleepy and slow on the warm up, so plan ended up just put some effort and keep it up till the finish. In the start moved slow with the crowd, decent running started only on the flat part. Settled for >4.30 pace what felt quite comfortable- no heavy breathing, but legs didnt want to move faster. The 'loud' mode turned on at the hill - started to put some decent effort and slowed down significantly. Suffered a bit after the hill too. Still managed to sprint the finish - so maybe I didnt put enough effort during the run :)
I was >4' down to my best time, so sounds pretty miserable. Also got beaten by Azuolas junior. Another motivation on the list!

had some japanese soup for lunch which was refused by my stomach and was playing up all afternoon/evening. Didnt feel too bad and felt that short run would help digestion problems. Did it quite slow and enjoyable - 3 crosses and Bernardinai park.
