Lactate test on treadmill with incline. Part of physiological or smth like that test in old school way in LEU. Hmg 146! But after talk with physio - their methods are far from reliable and likely missinterpreted my blood thickness. Need to get a proper test in laboratory considering my left leg condition :(

BBA struggle. Felt ok, but I was going pretty slow. Fresh snow didnt help much. But in the end liked it.

Didnt feel too well in the morning - some sore throat, but couldnt miss perfect conditions. With Neringa 3 rokantiskes loops - with some stops on the uphill as didnt want to push toi hard and to breath cold air. Got better in. The end.
