Riga cup day 2, Mass start. Started 20sec after Sandra. It was hard running to her back till 2nd control (butterfly). One loop ran with impressive Grosberga who wasnt super impressive (probably I was still running in 5th gear). But on 2nd butterfly loop had to take easy as HR went a bit high. At the last butterfly control met Sandra again, so I knew it will be a comfortable ride and no stress till finish. Still got a bit behind more than I wanted, just couldnt be bothered to push more and missed a bit too on 4th last.
Today it was flying Skrastina, 2.30 behind.

Riga cup, WRE. Was worried a bit about the ill leg (been doing a lot of stretching and massaging before). But leg nearly didnt bother me. I was surprised by the speed I could run - I thought I was more tired, but could push (at least for the first half). Technically it was quite ok except one big miss on 9th where I lost more than a minute and another leg in the green where I hesitated too much (20-30s). But still was terribly a lot (3.16) behind flying Grosberga. Also was behind all decent running girls (1.20-20s) in 7th.

Short jog with Vesta before the long trip. Body feels tired, leg feels ok.

Jukola 2011 terrain after couple of controls realized my left leg is cramping/getting pins and needles, so cut planned course short in slow and careful jogging avoiding nay unnecessary legs lifting. Its strange, but running uphill feels ok, just sharp legs lift feels evil. Some stretching.

Middle of FIN-5, relevant WMOC. Kind of felt that I should skip it, but as its last session and its WMOC relevant, decided to go for it in easy pace. Actually it went pretty well - forest was pretty clean and orienteering enjoyable. I was careful with leg - at least its not getting worse when I dont do wrong movements.
