Run 28:00 
10 mins of conditioning (only managed 10 press ups!) then round the soft trails to test the calf. I can feel it but it didn't get any worse. Still worried about tomorrow so hope to bring Ben P with us as insurance....

Going alright until the last one when my left calf stiffened and I had to jog back home.
Looks like small tear to the belly. Should be fine for the weekend.

Home, Darn Walk to B of A then over the river and back up to Knock Hill, the fort and Gallow Hill beyond Park of Keir then back south along the river, over the pipe bridge and up the rhodey path to Kippenross then into Kennels Wood and Dykedale to finish over the back wall at home. Lovely run, bar the very icy track sections. I shall do that again (in my lifetime) !
