Painting front of house windows and soffits yesterday and this evening - wobbling precariously on ladders really knackers your calfs and glutes!

Warm up and down and then the hill o reps in Minewoods that Chris has planned. This was hard work but fun, not too much time on my arse. Enjoying the sunshine.
