Calfs a bit shot from the weekend. Steady trot followed by stretching and strengthening.

Run from the campsite into Rockliffe and then on paths through NTS land to Kippford then back via Muckle Hill - fabulous views! and Mote of Mark (old hill fort). Beautiful place!

Mountain Bike 2:09:56 [3] 26.31 km (4:56 / km)

A ride round the Dalbeattie trails with young lad Jack and new acquaintance Andy from Rockliffe to Colvend and in from the south. Stopped at Richorn to meet the youngsters and drop Jack off (not before he double-punctured!) and then back south to campsite with Andy. A really tough strength session for my core and calfs and some hairy red route riding (only got off the once!).
