Ride round the Cap de Espanolge - giving big efforts on each Hill. Bike not really up to doing speed intervals as develops a worrying wobble at speed.

Road ride on jallopy hire bike. Fairly reasonable hills so pushed on hard on each of them, out and back.

Run around the coastal path in Brittany. Took a big fall but managed to land in gorse rather than the track.
knee very sore for the last 5 mins up hill so walked the last 500 metres.
