Another set of nice sprint intervals in the city of Graz. I liked a lot! Being in the heart of the city some places were quite crowded at this time of day so I had slow down and walk in some places and in some places had to slow down to find right alley. Tricky and Cool.

Running to University of Graz and then I ran two sprint courses. The latter (plus some more for future trainings) I got from Chris
. Cool. Enjoyed a lot. Some construction work going on dis-allowed me to access 19 on second and made a change on route plan to first control point. In case someone is wondering. I did not step on the grass in some places and also did not step on the area supposed be more or less grass, but was not mowed. The area from 15-18 was very exiting. Had to spend a moment to think over on which level things are and how to access. Awesome.

Finnish Night Orienteering Championship. H40. Physically poor day or beginning was quite ok, but when road running started I had no energy to push hard. Mistakes at 2 and 9 were also not what I was expecting. Though the rest of the course went nicely. Also the trickiest ones.
