Yƶkuppi race at Hennala. A straightforward night sprint. Mass start. Good run from me I would say.

Results
RouteGadget. First time use of non Java version. Had difficulties to set offset. Did not work properly. I ended up to cut gpx file instead. Otherwise nice improvements.

Post man Pat run. Delivered a package or mail and like Pat I had some challenges on the way. After running up to Kuntotie I saw a fellow lying on the ground. Brief check and my diagnosis was that drunk was having a nap. I tried to wake him up. No reaction. Thinking wheather I should call Police or not. Suddenly he opens his eyes and thanks me for waking him up. I asked, if he is okay and can help him up. He replies being okay and no need for help except if I can give him alcohol. Sorry, but I don't have alcohol (and now I knew he is quite okay :). A bit more chatting and then I continued and let him to sit there and to roll a cigarette. He was gone, when I came back.

Coach training program part 1 completed. Nice weekend and actually the whole week. A lot of new ideas.

Cool training and an idea for future trainings. Mass start. First hill up by running. On top of the hill you'll get a map containing two control points. Cooling down after navigating two legs. This repeated three times.
