bucs relays

was still abit drunk on the start line from the party so knew that this would be painful. so was slow but relatively mistake free with a few cock ups at the end and unfortunate gaffling meant that I lost the sneaky tab I was with

had a really good run.

was feeling tired before the start due to an end of term party but I went off hard at the start to try to wake up and found that I wasn't actually feeling too weary.
was starting at the front of a train so expected to be caught. but only saw scott for a brief moment half way round the course, he was going far too fast to keep up and the gg+matt caught me up at the third last control.
was really pleased with run as easily lost under i min in mistakes

ran to and from hill reps...didnt actually do any because tired from wieghts and teddy hall and party

did my second free weights session.
squats and dead lifts ( clean to the neck like in the olympics)
was only doing 30kg but did lots of repeats and i am going to build it up more next term

shoes: road shoes

did a few mount everest reps as a detour after hill reps. pretty tough sesh!
