Highland Stairs repeats with Rick. 10 laps. Legs still not great and lungs hurt most of the time.

Squawk and Cougar with Rick. Legs blown out at beginning of ride. Got a little better during, but still tired.

hike with Chip. Happened come across a bunch of ultrarunners who happened to wait to use our same trail. O well made going up slower as we waited for them to come down. We came down a better way with more bushes and rocks.
