I was going to go to Brandywine for a bit of run around in the woods, but realized I was pretty tired, and didn't want to risk the rocks there with my gut. So did a few laps around on the grass. Got something done, anyway.

Perfect temps for some hills. A good bit of climb: 1900' or so.
Tried to focus on consistency, with only moderate success. That (and continued time extension) will be my goal for these going forward. Ran in my NB RC1400 v4s, which I thought would feel treacherous but didn't, which is nice as they are so darned light (actual 7.75oz!) and comfortable. Amazing what a pair of light street shoes can do on pretty rough trail when it's dry. They're on sale right now at runningwarehouse.com, too ...
