Friday Dec 5

Running (The Pinnacle) 52:00 [3] 7.85 km (6:37 / km)
Easy morning jog with Mace, Shan and Ruby. Left leg was sore the whole way for some strange reason, it just felt a bit dead. Ruby was lots of fun!

Thursday Dec 4

Running (Haig Park) 12:00 [4]
Cockies intervals from one end of Haig Park to the other with the stops at each road crossing. Lots of fun, and lots of pain. The down hill was good on the way back, I wouldn't like it the other way around! Right leg felt a bit funny the whole way, a bit weak or something.
Running warm up/down 25:00 [3]

Wednesday Dec 3

Orienteering (Black Mountain) 44:14 [3] 5.7 km (7:46 / km)
Kye is turning into an orienteer! She navigated most of the course and did really well, no mistakes! Lots of fun and we chatted most of the way ;-) Still not feeling super energetic, the weekend really took it out of me :-(

Monday Dec 1

Weights (Body Pump + Abs) 1:15:00 [2]
Body Pump and Abs with Phoebs, really light weights cos I'm still tired, but I'm glad I went :-)

Sunday Nov 30

Running long (Ainslie & Majura) 1:20:00 [3] 12.63 km (6:20 / km)
Long Run with the Cockies up Ainslie and then Majura, I was completely stuffed and only made it half way up Majura before turning back to come home. The whole session was painful I think I'm very tired after yesterday!

Saturday Nov 29

Adventure Racing race (Paddy Pallin) 2:15:00 [4]
Paddy Pallin AR with Jules and Dave. I was sooo nervous at the start, but told them I would try my hardest to go fast, so I did. Was very suprised after the first two controls when we were leading, it was pretty funny having Jules tell us where to go and everyone else follow as well.

The rest of the course was a bit slower but I still tried to push the whole way, my arms hurt in the kayak, cos I was the only one who didn't take a break at some point!! Hahaha... but yeh, the race was fun :-)

Great team, lots of fun the whole way round!
