Easy on the legs, mostly core and specific physio stuff. Need to feel good on Saturday!!

Chest really tight and painful, took inhaler. Didn't seem to hold me back though.
First hard session since being ill. Hopeful that that's me back :)
Plan was 6 x 600, but 6 x 3minutes was easier logistically. A little bit of a path, but twisty and rough.
