Elite rest day, but others running their day 2 from the same arena as yesterday, so I borrowed a map and went for an easy run round D35. Really enjoyed being out, not focusing, but not really caring!!

Not the run I was planning today...cancelled flight yesterday, hotel overnight, trying again today. Got the company of Aidan for a run this morning, round the runway and a sewage works, lovely.
Scuppers the week somewhat. Early starts and no chance of overall result. Gutted doesn't really cover how I'm feeling!!
Time to just enjoy the holiday and maybe not be quite as wrecked for the 6 day.
