No watch, little memory... not sure exactly what I ran! A fun evening, racing in teams. Lots of different ways of doing intervals!

Snowy run round the reflex loop with Sara, Elin and 4 juniors. A slightly faster additional loop. Fun! Snow is so light and soft.

To and from the gym. Actually thought I might lose the skin on my face - so painfully cold! -16 is not nice without a buff round your face. Learnt that on the way to the gym. On the way back I manages to tie my vest up in my hair and fashion a balaclava out of it - much better!

Easy ski after a long day, including parents evening. Managed to ski in the dark without a head torch, such an awesome feeling :) loads of snow fell this afternoon too, so everything was white!
