Mountain bike ride with Janet. Explored a new section of track for me, from Carrbridge to Aviemore. Beautiful woodland although the tracks were quite icy and wet in places. Cheeky lunch stop at Route 7 in Aviemore. Great place :)

North district cross country in Evanton. Pleased because my foot was fine during the race. Had hoped i might be a bit faster now. Useless on the hills compared to those around me. Need to work on that. Foot might be ok doing hills as no discomfort when on my toes.
