Weather screamed go to the gym with rainy cold days making it feel like winter, must be time to fly north. Pretty rainbow on the way home.

Orienteering 29:52 [3] 2.4 km (12:27 / km)

A nice little course on ECU Mt Lawley. Not too tricky but lost 5 minutes when I stopped to check Allison was OK, she was throwing her hands up, and ended up giving a coaching lesson on the way to number 11.

Tried to work hard. Lots of leg work and massaging of the knees. Left knee not happy after trying to learn how to work a clutch.
