Sprint Champs. Fun event and enjoyed the course. Only one control that I changed my mind on and yes that was the slow one! Just not fast enough against people running while I walked with purpsoe! Nice map too.

Went and did some strength and stretching work at the gym after the sprint champs. Not too hard but felt nice to stretch out.
