Lunchtime run with Joe. After establishing our credentials on the last run, this one was at a rather more comfortable pace, although still nice and brisk. Past Braehead to the Clyde, along the Cart and back through Renfrew. Almost scenic in parts and at least some of it was away from the traffic.

Intervals at the uni track, the filling in a Tullster, TomR sandwich. 10x90/60. Quite generous on the recovery, which was lucky as it was needed. Got between 476 and 506m on each rep and started getting a bit closer to Tom after the first 5, Tullster pushing on too. Great sesh.
Beginning to feel a wee bit like a runner again.

Trying pretty hard and feeling pretty bouncy, at my lowest weight since October - finally lost most of the 3kg I put on in the week after the marathon!
