I tried to run and was not feeling up to it. Walked for a little bit and then came back.
I am feeling the worst I have by far.... Ugg.

Ran out on some trails near boulder. Good time. Altitude got to me more than previously. I was much more tired than normal at 55min. I blame it on the altitude... Either that or what I am eating.... probably not the later though.

Ran the unofficial 3 km on a community 'track' near my brother's house. I thought the track was about a mile it ends up that it is 1.3km a lap... weird..
Today has been pretty cold, it was snowing and raining earlier today and it was raining when I started my warmup. I ran in hat, gloves, and a light jacket.
Physically I was not feeling great as this sickness but good enough to put forth a decent try. I was also not motivated, possibly because of the sickness.
I am somewhat surprised of my time due to being at approximately 5200 ft and sick.
