Run was a lap plus an out-and-back. Slight dizzy spells during the session - sinus/inner ear still stuffed?

Dead Bullock Gully, course 3. JW's course setting meant for an easy straightforward course. Just as well - I kept losing concentration. No navigation issues, but I felt myself fading out as my awareness kept shifting around to my sore back. Fitness is way down.
