Williamstown 10k. Perfect running conditions, stupid body was being not-stupid, a 13-second negative split, and a 2½ minute PB over this event 4 years ago. And pancakes. Pretty happy.

31 km for the week. Back into it next week.

Hamstring pain has morphed into hip flexor pain. Good and bad. Good, because it means that I haven't injured the hamstring. Bad, because stupid body. *rolls eyes*

Sore bits weren't being used tonight. Good session on, and off, the coreball.

Giving the sore bits a rest from trails. Gentle cruise around the block before sunrise.

Yeah, not good. Hips and lower back were quite sore. Achilles only mildly sore.
