still not feeling 100% and decided to be sensible and do nothing today instead of going to scottish night champs. a bit gutted to miss what sounded like it would be a really good event but want to be ready for a good week of POMing. A little annoyed that the weekend didnt come one day earlier as I think i almost could have got out of this week without any training distrubtion if i had managed a little more rest and a little less work but hey ho. Managed to watch stranger things on netflix and make chocolate tiffin today instead

Feel pretty rubbish - tired and out of it again at work by the end of the day. Feel like I teetering on illness so trying to be smart and not run. Even though my legs are starting to feel very good with this unplanned taper
