Almost made it out in time. Extremely early.

7x1km intervals on treadmill. Starts in 17.5km/h, but it felt to comfortable. Adjusted to 18 on the next, 18.5 and then 19, 18.5, 18 and finally 17.5. 2min rest (walk).

Pulse looks ok. Was over threshold on 19 and sufferd on 2nd 18.5. All in all. This means shape is good.

Eagle Race Helsingør, 2/30 +10m. With Helen and Felix.
Went by car and GPS to atart. But, the GPS took us to the organizers home and not the start area. Came the registration very late and rushed through things. I didn't notice that stage 3 was a collection of 600points. In the race I read the road boon but still didn't say the note... that made us collection all checkpoints on the stage and we lost some 10min. Part from that, we did a solid race. Felt the truth about the mtb shape. Legs was quite ok, but technical skills and power need to be adjusted. Running improved over the day. Had some tough problems on leg one due to pollen, but felt strong on the last stage.
