Bymarka run. Air better today. Felt quite ok the whole run. Had two pair of shoes in the backpack and 1,5l of water. Water was consumed and shoes were shifted. Weight shifted from bladder to shoes :)

Run in Estenstadmarka with Wolfgang. Had some serious problems with the air. espescially the first hour.

No time for training in the morning. Did a (45/15)×20 session on the ergo before the main session (running ints). Felt weak:(

shoes: Saucony Kinvara 7

Seriously!? Didn't work out as it should. Stopped after 5×1km intervalls at 17,5 and 17km/h. Pulse not ok. Will have to wait until next week for some proper high speed sessions.
