Ran around Glen O'Dee whilst waiting for c at AS's for physio.
Met five local vagrants (JW, E & KC, JR & AC) when I was on the way back. Ran with them along Burnett Road then left them to their sprint training. Only minor damage to quads from yesterday.

Creag Choinnich Hill Race
Great wee race..a fair way to go for it but so worth it. Piped to the start from Braemar Castle and another piper on the summit. Supposedly Britains oldest recorded hill race or something like that.
Not quite as incessantly steep as I was expecting but still murdered by IanW, MilesN, Dennis McD and SaraH on the way up but the orienteering legs caught them all bar Dennis on the way down...Ian in the last 100m...and Miles did go off course. Lots of fun.
Prize giving and tea and cakes on the 1st floor of the castle..great setting. Bottle of wine for 1st V60...now v60 course record holder..(ssshh.only been run on this course twice).

Down to Potties green for the Orienteering.

Blue Course.
Really enjoyed this one. Fortunately just in time for the bracken..could avoid the worst with careful choice of lines.
Good battle with BobD as the Blue overlapped with the Brown for 7 controls.
Couple of small errors but nothing major.
