M40 team. Overshot 2 controls and legs were sore but able to run. What a difference a day makes

MTB'ing around Balmoral. Collecting rubbish from the tracks (energy gel wrappers)

British Orienteering Championship. M45.
Thighs hurting before #1 then struggled round. Missed #4 by miles costing 10mins.

Thighs still sore however was able to avoid descending too much.
