Swimming 45:00 [2]

I told Sierra Club trip organizer that I could still swim 1 mile -- so I did it! The last quarter-mile felt very smooth and strong.

Machines 33:00 [3]

11 double sets at Y -- getting used to feel and adjustments for their many new Cybex and Precor machines. Mostly improved but a couple disappointments.
