Family walk in the rain up Tillicoultry Glen (from the pub) to the bridge at the foot of The Law. back on the other side of the glen past the Start/finish of the Maddy Moss race. Achilles was fine.

Ice Skating with the girls. Managed to fall over and bang the outside of my knee (I have a bone that sticks out at the top of my Fibula). Pretty sore for the rest of the day.

Physio/needles today. Have some more eccentric strengthening exercises to do (mainly on a stepper) and hoping to run days 1, 3, 4, & 6...we will see.
