So the foot diagnosis was metatarsalgia probably from running on frozen ground in my dobs on Saturday. Hopefully it will be OK in a few days, but no running till at least the weekend.

Legs felt tired after 50m but I persevered. Hard slog up from Menstrie and it was over 60mins before I reached the top of Colsnaur. No snow which made it easier, but was knackered by the time I got home.

I've got a really (really) sore left foot. It wasn't sore running today or afterwards, but has gradually got worse during the afternoon/evening. I think it's the 4th metatarsal, but it's bloody agony to put any weight on it just now and I can't walk!!
