A mornings shopping and an easy run in the afternoon was scuppered by a timely txt from Runnermdj regarding an Ochils hill run with Andrea from Alva......how could I resist? The mist was down so it was cold with poor viability on the top but we did Wee Torrie, Mid Cairn, Bengengie, Ben Buck, Ben Cleuch & Ben Ever. Andrea did The Nebit as well but me a Mark opted not to! Felt a bit weary on the hills but it's been a heavy week of exercise.
