Really nice run around some Warrington trails having a good catch up with PBray. 14k WU before (to which Laura said "What! That is even longer than Murray does!") then parkrun which felt okay just grinding it out on a fun little course. Then another 10 to make it my long run as not sure how much sleep and alcohol will happen tonight.

By myself so went for some less sociable and less existent paths. Straight up the side of black was grim with less trod more heather and tussocks. Then very wild on top with wind and fog and it being a flat empty bogland. Found a trod down. Not where I was heading but was nice.
Top of Carnethy was insane. I could barely move in the wind and also could only see about 1m with thick fog at night. After crawling down the rest was a bit tamer thankfully.

Garmin drained itself during the day so went sans watch. Legs the usual tired and stomach again was pretty bad but at least got the session done this week.
