Hamstrings no less sore or tight. Cycling to/from stations/office not beneficial either.
Hamstrings sore and tight - both, not just the injured one. Had to can the planned spinning sesh after my lunchtime tootle on a Boris Bike made things worse.

Did the job and got 91 points, but agony to run, even with a concerted effort to use short strides. Agony to sit in the car for 4 hours home too.
