Plan was to cut off if I got tired but Lisa convinced me to just run the rest. Was super tired and then got quite cold but was fun to be out in the forest again!
The marshes were like highways! Super frozen and nice to run on but was a bit icy and scary at times!

10mila training mass start with the girls. Haven't been sleeping well since I've been back so felt very tired. Surprisingly managed to keep up in the beginning and ran behind Hilda for most of the course apart from a few different route choices. Really felt the tiredness in the end and my pace slowed down a lot.

10mila relevant terrain. Ran with Lisa and we did 2 controls at a time. We were a bit wobbly on a few and rather tired and slow at times, but was nice to go at a cruisey pace :) Got a bit darkish in the end and was hard to read the detail on the last few controls.

Long run with Lisa!
Ran towards KG and then down to skarholmen then back via gula stigen and stadsskogen.
Was nice to just take it easy and chat the whole way! Feeling a bit tired from the jet lag in the end but wasn’t as bad as I’d thought it could be! Around -1 so not too cold but felt cold and icy for me ;)

Went to work today so was pretty jet lagged and exhausted! Had dinner at Sam and Ross's which was much better than a jog anyway ;)
