While Rob took kids to swimming lesson.
Kettlebell workout - did the ten minute Joe wicks one twice, trying out my new kettlebell.
Already hurting in my arms, worse in left as had flu jab earlier.

A lovely chatty ride with Rob in the autumn sunshine - bit of cross country down to the lines, to Malton and back, with a leisurely stop for coffee and brunch. Very much enjoying both kids being in school on a Monday!

Pilates based short session for runners. All I had time for today.

A loop of Aykley heads. Still not feeling recovered from this bug but needed to get out, and also keen to get the Achilles gently eased into something before the OMM (which is actually quite soon). This was mainly walking with some 1 and 2 minute jogs thrown in, and trying to force myself to take it easy, but as close to running as I've got recently so I'll take it. Heart rate pretty high, not surprisingly with bug.
