Painfully sluggish run after drop off - roads, flass vale, crook hall and woods. Experimenting with avoiding coffee before I run for various reasons, but it's going to take some getting used to. Wasn't disappointed to have to stop for traffic at some of the road crossings!

Managed to get out between meetings. Aykley heads with 4 hill intervals at far end (50-55secs) just to break things up and see what foot and body thought.
Mainly everything felt very sluggish, I think running in the afternoon just doesn't work very well for me at the moment.

Slow and unmotivated plod around low Newton junction and estate.

Just under 2 hours out past Lanchester on railway track, and back taking in Witton Gilbert and Sacriston.
Then more cycling later on in the morning with Evs on the back, being a bike taxi to the orienteering in Aykley Heads.
Another lovely day to be out but a bit breezy in places.
