A bad day of orienteering is still better than most other days. We didn't finish before flag pick up started. The ice spikes worked well. Jonesy was fantastic on the trails and off trail - especially considering that we'd already been out for several miles in the morning. I hope to be as capable when I'm 90...

However, navigationally, I was a mess. Not used to orienteering in a snow covered landscape.
