Fartlek - 2min on, 1 off. Really fell apart in the heat. Last one was probably 7:30 pace on the uptempo. Way out of running shape.


Used GPS - GPS distance = 4.54 (was using 4.48 from milermeter)

Ran towards JCC, but path was blocked, so needed to double-back to cross over Winton bridge - then west to Clinton bridge & back. Very plodding pace. Knee is grumpy (in a very stiff way, not painful).

Had some fun today, as there were several crossings of streams or mud that required going across a log. Would not attempt mossy logs without the studded shoes.
