park o final. ran alright, legs were a bit sore from yesty. made some tiny tiny errors and my flow towards the end was a bit rubbish. wasn't a fan of the long legs, became a running contest. josh got me by 12 secs and steve got me by about 30secs. oh well

much pain on the long ones, legs were burning. didn't feel very well at uni today but was feeling fine when i started this. by the end was feeling not well again. heaps of girls around doing crazy fitness stuff (netball teams i think). i was impressed, some of the stuff they were doing looked painful
win of the day; the guy i saw at uni wearing a shirt that said "Hooch is crazy..." hahaha

except for the part where a kid on a bmx sailed past me and then started making fun of me because he was faster, the bit after that where i went smashing past him was a bit harder :P
then added a little bit on the end when i got home and everyone had gone out and i was locked out.
