No poškoba se počasi izboljšuje, vendar še kar ni vredu. Občasne bolečine ob večjih silah (poskoki, stopnice, hoja navzdol). Počepe naredil s 10kg povečanjem do 80, kjer je bilo nekako čutet da bo dovolj za danes, potem še delovne sete pri 80. Ni bilo kakšnih posebnih problemov, samo zategnjeni quadi na poškodovani nogi. Po delanju leg extensionov z eno nogo je postalo jasno da mi še vedno nekaj inhibira quade, tak da bo treba na temu delat.
