Was hoping for a longer ride this morning but the spitting rain and under 40 temps finally got the best of me. At least I got out for a pretty good ride. Pace was a bit faster than necessary but that was for warmth.

Went to the gym for an upper body/back workout. It was a pretty hard effort actually. I think my new lifting schedule is a new element to my training that should yield improvement.

Easy ride again tonight. Felt much better actually than the first ride. After the first ride my left knee felt odd but this one was nice and smooth. Pleased it felt so good after yesterdays taxing strength session.

Went to VanHo for a easy skate ski with the Peru guys. Great ski. Warm day awesome conditions couldn't have been more fun.

First day on the bike. Easy ride to start adjustment to the road. All the snow is gone down here and its kinda a bummer. I wish I was still skiing. This season was far too short and the snow was just a huge bummer.
