Not a long day but it felt MUCH harder than it should have been. Legs were a bit tired but the headwinds coming back were CRAZY tough and the climbs didn't help either. Tried my best to keep the HR low and did a pretty ok job of that.

Pretty easy mileage tonight. Strong headwind going out was not to fun to fight but it was a nice day and a pretty decent ride. Legs are actually kinda sore. The heavy squats certainly make this easy mileage more of a chore.
