After-work run with Abbi and Rob. S Canoe trails. Nice running, bit of snow especially on the upper trails. Legs felt a bit tired, hr was very well behaved.

Skiing at Sovereign Lake. Testing some new Madhus Nanosonic classic skis. Seem quite good. Really nice skiing, just starting to get dark.

Ski practice at Sovereign. Mostly easy skiing with Randi as the kids skied on their own. Some sprints in the stadium to finish off.

Ski striding at S Canoe with the LH Team. This work-out went quite well. 4x8 min Z1. I averaged about 125 during the intervals, feeling quite good and within the tail end of the athlete pack. Used poles this week (which raises the hr a bit).

TS Camp. Easy ski with Wendy and a group of the younger boys. Skied to the top, with nice views of the Monashees to the east. Then, back down and around the Zuma's. Some tired kids at the end of a 2 hour ski.

Morning ski at TS camp. Warm up with the kids, then a team sprint. Then some easy skiing, mostly on my own. Really nice day of skiing.

Afternoon session. Double pole work. i) full dp, ii) initiation only, iii) alternating 25 left and 25 right pole, iv) single sticking arms only, v) dp, vi) legs only. X2
