Morning ride at S Canoe with Keith. Rainy, but not too bad for most of the ride. A bit slick on roots, but that actually adds a bit of challenge that's Ok. Back and forth on the lower trails, then up Flipside and down Mo Bedda.

After-work ride. Nice evening, warm and dry. Would have gone a bit longer, but ran out of daylight.

Skate roller ski at Carlin. Skied with the younger (2004) girls, that was a nice change as I usually ski with the boys. Brand new pavement out Notch Hill Rd which was really nice and not too busy.

LH Ski Team camp. Skate RS on Agate Bay road. Brand new pavement and super nice rolling terrain. And, sun! Really nice skiing. Did some technique work first, then easy cruising.
