Family ride at Kal Park in Vernon. Really good ride. Did a newly built flow trail (Middle of Somewhere) that was quite fun. Also did some other trails I haven't done too often (Twista) or at all (Purple Haze).

Run with Rob, from home and then exploring trails around the new cemetery. Some nice new trails being developed on the slope to the south.

Trail run with Rob. He pushed the uphills fairly hard, so got a bit of a work-out there. Otherwise, pleasant social run.
