Kenyan hills, or a version of it. Hard on the up, steady/fast on the downs, and easier on the few flat stretches. Didn't go too crazy.
One of these days I want to nick the fastest time for 'gun alley' down towards batford. Will have to run it in the light.

Northaw Great Wood - Black
Wanted to push hard physically, which I did and was pleased with the running. I felt tired and heavy legs but got going OK anyway. Have had a few good weeks of training now, and looking forward to backing off a bit for a few days.
Struggled at times to hold a straight line through the undergrowth, and should probably have corrected more. Was a long way off on #4/7/12. Compass!
Splits are interesting as they reveal a few other wobbles. Nothing major but a few sub-optimal routes and drifting off the straight line soon adds up.
