Note

Stayed at home today because I wasn't feeling good. Slept till 1:30 this afternoon. Must have been tired, I think I got 16hrs or something..:-)

Slide hockey, awesome fun. We forgot about the rules and everything was going everywhere. I scored 2 goals :-D

I ran up my road and back home for 15min then walked what I had just done with mum.

Pilates but then I got sick of it so I did my physio exersises. Then did some stretches which felt really good after the weekends running. Ah heaps of assignments/ SA's ect ect

Today I was more focused and the openish bush made it easier to maximize running, which was awesome just being able to run. Having Michele by my side pretty much all the way made my concentration slip but I didn't follow her up the wrong gully on no.4 hehe. Although at no.6 I totally forgot about no.7 and went straight to 8, extremely frustrating seeing as I was ending up for an alright time. Apart from mping I really liked enjoyed it. :-)

orienteering race 57:28 [5] 3 km (19:09 / km)

This course I found very hard and frustrating. Being my first one in a while my head wasn't in orienteering mode which meant I made many more mistakes than normal. I took a while to find no.1 and from 3-4 I couldn't find a good route choice.But apart from that, good experience lol :-)
